Lumbar and Cervical Conditions: Functional Programming on the Mat, Reformer & Cadillac

This 3-hour workshop provides Pilates professionals with an integrated, evidence-informed approach to working safely and effectively with clients experiencing lumbar and cervical spine conditions. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical movement, participants will explore functional programming across Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac to enhance spinal alignment, stability, and mobility.
The training emphasizes movement assessment, safe modifications, cueing strategies, and intelligent progressions designed to restore functional movement and reduce discomfort.

By blending the precision of the Mat with the dynamic resistance of the Reformer and the supportive versatility of the Cadillac, this workshop empowers instructors to create effective, anatomically grounded programs for clients with low back and neck issues.
